Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Hazardous materials.
  • Flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Some health and personal care items.

To process a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply in the following situations:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • CDs, DVDs, software, or other media that have been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank; there might be processing delays.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at admin@tegwal.com and send your item to: {physical address}.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift (or was shipped to the gift giver), the refund will go to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.


Shipping Returns

To return a product, mail it to: {physical address}.

Shipping Costs:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

For high-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
